A key part of the position is assisting in the management of client relationships, preparing persuasive presentations, and participating in client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups throughout the sales process.
You will work closely with the Estimation Team to prepare pricing proposals, support commercial negotiations, ensure clarity during project handovers, assist with contract finalization, and follow up on payments and commercial results.
The job also includes contributing to marketing and strategic initiatives such as events, exhibitions, and networking activities, sometimes outside regular working hours. You may also support management on special projects related to strategic development or new market opportunities.
Finally, the role requires helping to meet monthly and annual sales targets, preparing reports and forecasts, and coordinating with internal teams to align project capacity and deadlines with new business wins.
The ideal profile holds a Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field, with 2–3 years of experience in business development or client relations. Strong communication and presentation skills, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across multiple teams are essential. Fluency in Arabic and English is required; French is an advantage. The position is full-time.
